Refund and Returns Policy

The buyer has the right to file a complaint in case of a technical error during the purchase or delivery of tickets. Complaints must be submitted via email to attendbl@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.

According to the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the purchase or request a refund once the ticket purchase has been confirmed, except in cases where the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer. In the event of ISCon 2025 being canceled, buyers will be offered a refund or a replacement ticket for the next event.
